Coffee is a purely natural product, and every day we brew the very best coffee from freshly roasted beans and with best quality water. Only then is it processed to make the various liquid products, flash-frozen and dried extracts. Whatever the particular process, we always start by cleaning, roasting and grinding the raw coffee. But then the ways separated. The freshly brewed coffee for drying is made in the extraction process - the coffee is extracted, vaporised and dried. Liquid coffees that are not intended for drying are produced using the fresh-brewing method – meaning that after a gentle cold concentration, they are rapidly frozen or else transported in tanker trucks for immediate further processing.
